1 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the q222 platform ("Service" or "Site") and the player using it ("Player" or "you"). By accessing the q222 site, opening an account, or playing games, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these Terms.

2 Account Opening and Registration

2.1 Opening an Account

To access q222's full range of services, players must open a single account using their accurate personal details. Each player is permitted one account only. If duplicate accounts are found, those accounts will be closed and any associated funds will be handled at q222's sole discretion.

2.2 Account Must Be Opened with Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, payment method details, and other personal information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be closed and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their account login information secure. q222 is not responsible if any third party accesses and plays on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact q222 customer service immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at q222 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits are normally processed almost instantly, though it may take a little longer due to banking issues.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes, though verification procedures may cause delays. At the time of a withdrawal request, the available balance in the player's account must be equal to or greater than the requested amount.

3.3 Financial Verification

q222 has the right to carry out source-of-funds checks and identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until these checks are completed. This is done to protect players' accounts and to uphold platform responsibilities.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

q222 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example, deposit 20,000 Ks and you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager the bonus amount: 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds received from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. This means you cannot withdraw the bonus money in one go — withdrawal rights are granted only after the required wagering amount has been met.

4.3 Promotion Terms

• Each individual bonus may have different conditions depending on its purpose.
• If q222 finds that a player is attempting to exploit bonus benefits through illegitimate means, the bonus and any related funds may be forfeited.
• Each bonus can be claimed only once per player, per IP address, and per payment method.
• q222 will announce the validity period for promotions, and any unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.

5 Player Responsibilities

5.1 Lawful Play

Players may only use q222 in compliance with the laws of their place of residence. Players are personally responsible for handling any legal obligations in their jurisdiction, and q222 takes no responsibility in that regard.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through illegitimate means
• Using bots, tools, or software programs to simulate manual gameplay
• Depositing a third party's funds into your account without their authorization
• Allowing ineligible players (those who are not the account holder) to play

If any of the above violations are found, q222 may close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

6 Service Suspension and Closure

q222 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• When a violation of these terms and conditions is found
• When there is suspicion that a player's account is being used for illegitimate purposes
• When a player fails to submit required documents to complete the verification process
• When action is required for legal compliance reasons

8 Limitation of Liability

q222 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gameplay, player-related issues, or damages caused by third parties. The platform is provided "as-is". Services may be temporarily interrupted due to technical faults, network outages, or events beyond our control, and q222 will not be held liable for such occurrences.

Any financial loss or damage resulting from gameplay is the result of a decision freely accepted by the player, and the platform bears no responsibility whatsoever.
